Thx man.. I just wish I could get a decent shot of him with his colors. Either the colors come out good and his colors are drab or the colors look normal but the pic is blurry.

Not yet.. but I don't make it a habit of sticking my hand in there unless it's absolutely necessary

I've just got an old Canon P&S 5.0MP I think it is. It does ok.. but the batteries will not hold their charge anymore so I think it's time to upgrade to another Canon cheap P&S camera

Ouch.. did he get you good or just a nip? I don't want to get bit by mine but it would be a lot better then my wolf fish. He's just shy of 12" and he's got massive teeth.. His tiny teeth are bigger then the Dovii's big teeth

I was starting my water change and went in to move his log when he charged my hand and bit it. He got a pretty good nip. It scared the crap out of me more than anything but when I looked at my hand, sure enough he broke the skin. I wanted to thump him in his head for biting the hand that feeds him.

Is your wolf fish aggressive? Does he ever try to bite you?

The wolf is aggressive.. not a glass banger like the Dovii but he's a bottom dweller. He will flare his gills to warn me. Typically he will turn and swim away but he has started standing his ground lately.. they typically get a lot of aggression around the 12" mark so he's approaching it.
