And I could keep listing.
Many of the cars took names from the road racing series they created and took part of. Can-am corvette or Pontiac trans-am. Pontiac lemans or grand prix. Amx Donahue.

Today we have American muscle like the ZR1 vette or the ZL1 camaro or the up coming Z28. You have the new various models of mustang or dodge challenger. All very fast very capable. Even Cadillac has some new muscle.
