I don't know, the site wasn't referred by CNN, I just googled it after seeing the story and posted the first thing that looked relevant, I was half asleep when the story was aired.

If you read the whole thing on snopes, it mentions that on the site shown if you get to the correct page it says that it isfictional. What you probably saw on CNN was the transgender who was living as a man that is pregnant. that doesn't really count as a male being pregnant though.
Where is he gonna squeeze it out of? His pee hole? Or maybe poop it out . . .I don't think it's that intersting since he was a woman to start with but had sexual reassignment surgery. I think that he obviously has a uterus and a vagina or else that baby wouldn't be growing. He had is breasts removed and received hormone treatment as this article states
