Mortars are legal here. Hell, everything's legal here. New years, I was lighting off mortars with a Richland Country Sherrif (on duty nonetheless). The day after, we throw the mortars into the section 8 housing (government assisted) across the way. We have to get back at them for breaking into our cars dammit!
