Mortars are legal here. Hell, everything's legal here. New years, I was lighting off mortars with a Richland Country Sherrif (on duty nonetheless). The day after, we throw the mortars into the section 8 housing (government assisted) across the way. We have to get back at them for breaking into our cars dammit!

We celebrate our independance from the Brits, we normal have family over for a baraque, drinks, entertainment and cap the evening off with fireworks. In simple terms its a butt kicking celebration.Steve_89 said:
