F1 I find this comment Rude?Which seems common for you in some other threads I've read. If you don't like my post don't read them it's that simple. I will not make childish comments back and forth ither. As I have said before lets agree that we disagree. If thats not good enough I will report you to the admin for harassing me. Thank you
 
Oh by the way thanks for the advice everyone else. My experance thusfar has been Iffy to say the least with the FX5. It arrived today I got it setup so far so good, time will tell. I always think the harder hose is better quality it seems what most use:). Everyone else please excuse me for my prior comeback but I view forums as places to relay experances be them good or bad I am the first to admit my faults and my big one is I am longwinded sometime, and it never hurts to have an opinion it makes for better conversation and in many ways how I learn from most of you on this forum.

Everyday you start a new fx5 thread, I'm just saying its annoying and it clogs this site up, not to mention the filter comes with a manual and dvd but your asking us how to set it up.... ? Lighten up a little!

I would have to agree with Hagan on this one. Fail to see why so many people have issues setting up a FX5 :screwy:
 
Why not pay someone from your LFS (or anyone with FX-5 experience) to set it up properly for you?

I would use silicon grease (not sealant) on the rubber parts if you are looking for a better seal.

Too bad F1-Vet doesn't live closer, he could show you how to properly set up an FX-5 :)
