Has anyone seen this film? I thought the most profound part in the film was not the fact that it provides evidence against "man made" global warming, but the fact that it shows there is not a consensus in the scientific community about global warming. Anyways, even if you do not buy into these claims I sure most people on this forum will still find it interesting. Please tell me what you think either way.

 I'm watching it in parts, so far very interesting. Thanks for the link.

don't worry about it (global warming) when the founder of the Sierra club is disagreeing with the people inside his former organization and calling them money grubbers and lawsuit crazy shysters and calling for more nuclear power reactors for clean fuel that will have most of those people screaming mad and increased criticism of al gore for actually using up more energy than us normal folks then there's def. discord. Besides, a couple of volcanoes erupting will have more impact on the climate than what people will do, and 150 million years ago, Siberia was a hot dry desert, and 50million years ago, most of earth was warm and wet. Climate is always changing and really nothing much we humans can do about it. Having said that, i still def. think it's always good to conserve our natural resources and not waste it.

If you really want to delve deep into the global warming myth read Michael Crichton's State of Fear. Being at a university I had a chance to check up some of those sources and they actually do check out. Very good, quick enlightening read!

Well put ........... Man doesn't quite have that much power in comparison to the Earth. In fact not even close to the power that the earth holds. Not only the power to destroy but the power the earth has to rebuild is amazing.

no, and by my post you probably know what i think about global warming anyway, i'm more worried about the great Apophis asteroid coming to earth or close to earth sometimes after 2030 or 2036 more interested in info about that since if that sucker hit, then it will be the next KT event.

And thanks to all for their inputs.
