Called a "Silkback" Bearded Dragon... a defect from when you breed two "Leatherback" together. First one produced by Dachiu I believe.

There was a guy in Calgary that wanted to breed them, and not everyone agree with the project going down in the States that he is trying to recreate.

They get burnt easily by UV light and basking light... and they have to be kept alone since the skin tear easily because of the claws.
 
That monkey is seriously scary looking.........I've never seen a scaleless beardie before, although I have seen scaleless rat and corn snakes though...........
