I've never had luck with armatus......... But.... They're sooo tempting.

Most of them will, yes.

Ummm.... Right on !!(??) Cool collection but Ill stick with my fish that cant get out of their watery enclaves and crawl on me and bight me in my sleep... Or anytime for that matter.

That's why I like big venomous inverts, the challenge.

Ever see an episode of Man vs Wild. He climbing through some mangrove and came across this huge!!! centipede. Must of been almost 2ft long and like 4" wide! Looked like something from the dinosaur days. It may have not been that big but bigger then yours..

An exaggeration of the size, but they really do seem that big.

My dream species, viridornis.
IMO the most attractive pede, even more than S. Hardwickei.
I have Scolopendra Subspinipes Mutilans, Scolopendra Subspinipes Dehaani, Ethmostigmus Trigonopodus, Scolopendra Hardwickei, and Scolopendra Alternans.

I don't handle them like a hamster, but I do more than people would recommend doing.

Great looking collection! I love most big bugs.. I used to have quite the collection myself. However I will probably never go back to giant centipedes. They are fun to watch eat, but much too fast and eager to bite for my likings.

Do you keep any scorpions?
