Definitely a possibility for it to be decided by decision, I just have a personal feeling that Mayweather might be able to KO him in the 6th round maybe pending how fast fatigue sets in on De La Hoya. Who knows though, Oscar could very well still have one last show in him to put on for a major PPV event.
