It's the owners who are paying to get rid of their dogs. They're worse than this guy. All he did was take money to "do the deed" so the owner wouldn't have to.

i was at the dogtrack a couple of weeks ago and seen a dog go out of the race with a brocken leg on the first corner.
the first thing i said for a joke was thats going to get shot round the back and i bet it ended up dead in his back garden.
