ill use this thread as my grow out for the group of 3 meglodoras uranascopus I own.

The largest, has been on a real big growth spurt. I'm
Not sure exactly how big she is. Last time I measured her almost a year back was 27.5" now, I'd say she's knocking 28.5/29". The width she's gaining on the head is unreal. Quite possiblely the biggest meg in captivity? (Debatable.)

The two smaller, I shall update soon. They vary from 12" and 6" but have grown quite quickly since owning them.

Here's a picture to get this one started. I'll update the smaller two once I get more time to sit down and type.

That's the biggest I have ever come across. Super stuff. Appreciate the thread.

My biggest is ~24" total length (measured properly to the base of the forked tail). The other 5 are 14"-17".

Now that is a MONSTER, anybody have a guess how old it is?

The new tanks currently going in, it should be compleate by mid October and fish moved in. I shall get an exact measurement when moving them all, quite hard to do in the pond at the moment, a very active fish during feeding time.

If at all possible, try your best to photograph next to a measure tape.

She's 13years roughly.
You could have raised a child from birth to 13 in that time, but the child would take up more space and be annoying so....
