Trust. hahahahahahah. you need to send some my way. hahahahah. your friend looks like hes having a feast at that table. i am jealous. the Cichla looked yummy but the gourami looked a little odd with the whole head attatched, but i ate a channel cat that my grandpas cambodian friend prepared for me and it was the best fish i had ever aten and it looked like it was swimming in this dark terriyaki? type stuff, and the only thing that was gone on this fish were the guts and when i pulled back the skin all the flesh came off of the bone and when i peeled it off the skin it tasted delicious so i bet his was pretty good too. i want recipes
i thought you couldnt eat fish like that due to the chemicals we treat the water with. unless those were wild caught. I dont eat fish for some odd reason, seeing as I live right outside of Boston, (a mecca for seafood), and I'm half asian.
