The most "accurate" thermometer? What are you using and how do you like it?

I have a laser temp gauge I got from Home Depot on sale for $25. Works great. Also a laser pointer for cats!

I just put my hand in the tank and I can tell what the temp is at + or - 2 degrees. I'm good like that. 80 - 85F and we all happy ....
