I agree, that's a gibbiceps, or sailfin pleco. Still very pretty nonetheless. It's sad how few of this species grow to full size and reach their full potential.

He looks even better now, however he ripped his tail fin somehow and its healing, when it looks better I will post higher image quality photos, I got a new hd cam. Stay posted.

I measured one at 21 inches at a Doctor's office in about a 200gallon.
