The way how you have this setup and all is very great!!! Keep it up...
 
In the above post you will notice that the plants have changed. Most of what I planted did not survive with the old lights. I found a set of compact flourescents with 4 bulbs (4x96) watts. The new plants seem to be responding to the new lights. I am starting to replant the tank and remove non growing parts.
