awesome setup! Thats what i want to do in the future have a massive tank in the garage with a viewing window

Substrate? I will be adding torpedo beach as soon as i get some extra money again
Tank got all the way filled and got 90 percent of the plumbing done. Will be able to fire it up tomorrow

Paint.... I still want to drain my big tank just so I can paint the bottom. Ever since I started doing it with the smaller tanks I can't help but think they look so much better with color there when the rays move the substrate.....
This tank going to be stand alone or tied in with another? Going with the same pump/s you have been or trying something new? Not sure about everyone else but I'd like to see some pluming pics!!!
Leaving the paper backing on the bottom piece of acrylic matches torpedo beach color very well. But if it's off already I agree I would paint it. But I am liking the chance to look through the bottom on my pup tank. Watch who is eating. Sex stingrays easily. Makes it nice as well .
