Pretty sure I speak for all the other Characin fans out there when I say it deeply saddens me to see so much Characin free water.

I have a spare Dorado that would love pacing a big tank. My 2 Frankies hate eachother, so one's in a 180 :(

I think we should figure out a way to get him up to you. :)

Just whizzed through the past 20 pages - it's looking good and you've moved very quickly with it all so well done.

How have you managed to set up so quickly with regard to bio media? did you just move all the old media in one go?

really enjoyed this thread ure set ups look great and the overall finish is impressive. well done

Through the whole move i managed to keep reactors hooked up to a tank at all times to keep bio alive. I moved one tank at a time and then moved one filter at a time.

Im workin on gettin some characins ive rely been wanting some armatus but not rely sure what i want yet

Don't blame you on the Armatus, I would like to try them again, but after they all die again I bet I'll love my Franky and Brassy even more...... lol

If you change your mind on the Dorado let me know, I'd give him to you for nothing and can probably get him to Chicago or Lacrosse myself, further if I meet someone traveling your way. Only issue I've had with them has been another Dorado. Was fine with smaller Brycon, similar sized Balas and smaller rays.....

If not, no biggie, just thought I'd offer, best addition I've ever had to a ray tank is movement.......

That's a great offer - a Dorado would be fantastic with rays, with all the movement as mentioned.

Armatus are very good too - i have 3 myself and their movement is great to track.

Dare to try Aimara? :P
