I agree if you start from scratch...
When i upgraded my 150 to 300, I put in about 100glns of my old water and the rest was new water... used one old canister and a new Sump... tossed in my/your old tats and Wa-Lahhhh
It just depends on which way Will started the tank

Besides, you can find 3 Tats any day. It's tough to find 32 Azuls now! I'll let you know how the tank looks, when I come see it in person later today
