Jeff Rapps has some Bujurquina Vittata in stock right now. They are really cool. Thinking about getting a few myself and they would go nicely with the severum and aren't too aggressive. They have lots of yellow so u'd have a bright tank 
Very nice looking sev you have there, and 8" is quite a decent size! I think neons would be a bit too small and will most likely get eaten. A ghostknife wouldn't be that diea either as they are usually small. Your best bet is probably another sev or s.a. cichlid!
