Its a dangerous addiction... I used to own every original pair of jordans from jordan 1's till the jordan 11's... Then i went on and started collecting other Nikes etc...

I think my most valuable pair right now is probably the michael lau gardener dunks or my SBTG custom dunk lows which futura added his touch to...

@Maxx, LOL Maxx, you crazy, man. seriously-shoe collection thread, with men dominating the replies?!
:uhoh:

(pondering this gender anomaly)

..............

I'll take a pic later, but I've got umm...4? pairs of shoes. Two Timberland: one steel-toed work boots, one nice hiking boots; crocks; and winter boots that are stuffed away somewhere. Not much into shoes. Let's talk about books! lol

I'm with you, girl! simple priorities. One pair as required for each purpose: weather, activity, etc. uhhhh, 6-7? pair.
Brands? good grief, what ever fits my feet comfortably: no easy task.
Maybe I'll pile em in front of computer cam for pic. very funky though. LOL.

I actually used to make some nice cash on the side flipping rare / limited edition kicks...

To give you an idea, i would say in the past pocketing usd $100+ profit a pair wasnt hard... Take the michael laus for example, retail was about US 200-250 a pair, now they are worth close to 2K

LOL, i have a pair of camouflage hunting boots, camouflage mud boots, steel toe work boots, dress shoes for church, some old sneakers, and 2 pair of camouflage sandals/flip flops :nilly:

This is why women will never take over MFK...

I even custom made a thread for them, and they haven't even posted a single pic or gotten involved... :raspberry

Yeah, well this thread was created at the indirect request of one of our lovely lady fishkeepers, but the overwhelmingly tepid response from the female members speaks volumes to their lack of dedication to this site's lounge.... So as usual, the guys picked it up and soldiered on.

LOL!
"indirect request" eh,
like a Foot Massage.
:-)

I have mostly skateboarding and snowskating shoes...favorite brand is C1RCA for skateboarding and DVS for snowskating. I still have a pair of Airwalk Ones that I got in 8th grade that I cut the backs out of so I can still wear them :D My hiking boots are LOWA...can't remember the style, but they have a Vibram sole and they're all leather, inside and out without that gore-tex crap (it has it's places, but I prefer all-leather boots sealed w/ snowseal). I'm really picky about who I listen to and who I have fit me when it comes to hiking boots...okay, enough preaching about hiking boots. I also have some Chaco sandals from when they were made in Colorado...none of that China-made b.s. I love shoes and I have really picky feet.
