it's all weird with there still being a federal law against it. plus the state laws that will have to come out about driving under the influence, work policies that don't allow it etc etc

I was wondering that too. Just cause it's legal doesn't mean you can come to work blazed.

You can't show up to work drunk either, but you can knock a few back after you get off for the day. I'm more curious about big corporations that administer drug testing, and what happens if you visit Denver, partake in the newly legal habit, then go back home to a state that still bans it and fail a drug test? If you can prove it was legal where you used it are you able to get off or are you still in trouble?

that's the kinda stuff i'm wondering about. is there any doubt though that we're heading toward it being legal in all states though? it's made alot of strides in the last decade
