If either Belgium, Greece or Argentina finishes in top 4 I win some money, but I will pick Germany, holland, Brazil(but I really hope chile can beat them) and Argentina(not sure that combo is possible)...

I've got Colombia, Germany, Netherlands, and Switzerland in the semifinals. Germany and Netherlands move on, with the Netherlands winning it. I think Brazil is going to lose to Chile, and if not them Colombia will beat them (after they beat Uruguay). I was really not impressed with Brazil's play in the group stage. The Dutch and German's play was most impressive so far.

You have to realize that it's just not broadcasted here (non Olympics/World Cup soccer). It's virtually impossible to follow without paying extra money to get a soccer package while all other sports are constantly on with basic cable.

So I chose not to talk it cuz i can only read about it most the year lol

Yeah I know, without ESPN you haven't got huge chances of seeing football. It's not much different even here, have to have pay TV to see more than like 1/3 of the matches (world cup is the exception)

Espn don't even cover it unless its premier league championship. It's pretty bad.

I like to actually articulate my posts, thoughts, debates and convos by what i see and not just regurgitate what i read/heard from others so you'll never see me in the other thread lol. World Cup though, baby ive drank my fill and I'm posting my thoughts woooo!

Is today a rest day ?? I'm at work and haven't checked the schedule yet.

My hopes are that either Mexico (longshot), Costa Rica (possible), Netherlands, or Germany take it all.
