i would say its really up to the keeper.... if he/she loves it, then its the best in his/her eyes... personally i LOVE how my MM are patterning up and watching them do so, more than some that others think are of "higher quality" Quality is in the eye of the beholder...

Marbles are like farts. Everyone likes thier own more then others....
Many like the "clear base" I prefer non stop Marbling, where you can follow the same black line all the way across the ray, so my opinion is much different then others'.

BUT apparently there's a huge lack of info on it..... Where is it now? IS it even still alive? Did someone successfully pass these wonderfull genes on to another generation? This seems similar to people posting pics of rays they google image searched. C'mon man, you're just teasin us.... We want to know more. Can't just post a pic or 2 and leave everyone hangin....

Rays are like dogs in that, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. My marbles are not what people consider AAA or anything but I would never get rid of them. They are like my dog, here till the end. Same with my other rays.
