Wow nice one, I love your tank setup! Great collection of bichirs too!

Thank you King-eL! I have a fairly modest collection right now compared to what it used to be like. All in time though I guess :)

Here is a couple shots of my full setup.

I see a few pieces of driftwood I picked out.:) This setup is just as nice as the planted swamp bush setup you had before. Don't add anymore rock or driftwood decor. This setup is already very nice and offer enough room to add one endli and one lap. I got extra driftwoods in my yard if you need more.:D

Yeah you know which ones, they really make this setup look good!

After I add the next batch of bichirs I will see how they work, and if they seem too cramped, I will take out some of the smaller driftwoods to make more floor space.

Betty seems to do fine though, she's swimming all over the place :)

I still have a few changes in mind for this setup, like removing the red plants and put the big green plasti plant that bends at the surface, just for some vertical space if the bichirs want to use it.

How big is your tank and the are real or plastic? Love it love it, love the setup! I would love to add some plants in my 310g tank but my red tail giant gourami and electric blue demsey to a salad buffet. My other monsters especially the bichir would uproot the plants and it ended up blocking my overflow. Even my aussie lungfish would chew some plants too.

Nice looking tank! ;)
Good looking out bro.

The tank is 120g 4'x2'x2' and all of the green plants are real, the red ones in the corner are fake.

I had to get rid of a nice RTGG to make this setup possible and my super red severums lol

I really like to keep a dark tank so the green plants are a nice contrast.

haha yeah she is! If you think that's a gut, you should check out FishGoneWild's photo thread of his bichirs. He has a biiiig polli that is 13-14" and that thing has a bigger gut lol
