Nice dude...now I just need to figure out how to set it up so that I match the flow of the eheim.

How do I insure that in the case of a power outtage the siphon will restart? I dont really understand the point of sticking the airhose down into your intake either. Thanks, Flesh

With the check valve it will restart. Or if you put the hose underwater

Without it it will pull air back into it, which is why i stick it underwater, it just pulls water and does not stop the siphon. This is for sumps only, you can't hook it up to a canister.

Im not hooking it up to a canister...Im just going to use the eheim as my return from the other side of my sump. Devious...I know
