Scobina are the ones for you Dixon but they are hard to get a hold of ,you may get away with a Hystrix but they do reach 14", again you dont see many up here in the north.Peir can probably get them for you. As for humerosa i believe these will get to a decend size probably 18" ..Be warned if get into rays you will end up with a 3ft wide tank lol..

i cant wait to get my hystrix :woot: :woot:

i hav e had plenty rays i even had some imported direct from peru and i know what you mean about the tank and thats why i want a smaller ray.
i have the chance of a scobina at the moment but due to spending £2000 of my hard earned cash on a bay window and roof and a set of plans for my rebuild i am a bit skint.
i am selling of my uaru amp and some cory's and may sell a tank to get some spare cash for another fish.

I'd jump on the scobina Dixon :grinyes:
They are like hens teeth at the minute. Even before the export restrictions in Brazil they were pretty hard to source in England

looks like i will have to find me some more money from somewhere.

I would get the scobina, they are my favorite ray but I cant locate any, if I was you I would jump on it.

Scobina are very cool rays. I lost my pair almost two years ago and I am still upset about it.

If you can get them, I would hop on them.

Those on the other side of the pond, may be able to obtain some from Andreas Ochs. He regulary breeds them.
