The smallest wolf I've ever seen........

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
AWESOME lil guy! He sure don't act like a Mala. Malas are usually logs and don't move for anything.

Thanks E!!!

He's definitely a begger, just like Lucy the Lower Xingu Lacerdae.......

Hate to say it but I think these guys are going to end up nudging Aimara out as my favorite wolves....... I thought the way Lucy acted was just a fluke, but this lil bugger does the same..... Will actually follow me just like Lucy does.

This lil bugger better not end up being a Mala...... Pound for pound it would probably be the most expensive Mala ever sold. :(

Supposed to have a few more headed this way in March.

This is why I hate Wolves. Have to trust the seller cause IDing the things is sooooooo ridiculous.

You know what I'm gonna say right? The sharp V shaped denticles indicate Mala, but I hope I'm wrong. I've been looking for one for myself for the better part of a year and still no luck. I got my eyes glued to your thread to see how this guy turns out.

Post #400 should be a grow out of what I have.....

Ken has been collecting and selling these fish for several years. Not aware of anyone that has access to this variant except him. The guide he uses is supposed to be one of the best out there. I have zero reason to doubt - I've seen adult green Lacs on the grill during their collecting trips....

I thought all wolves have these jaw pore denticles. Thought it was the actual jaw lines that tell the story - if they intersect or run parallel. My problem is I've never owned a Mala (and don't ever plan to) and the bottoms of the jaws on all 5 wolves here look about the same.
