oh i seen i might just start off buying more live rock i want about 10 pound i only have about 7

Try to get a total of at least 16 lbs. since it's usually a good idea to have at least a pound of live rock per gallon. Before anyone else says it, that's not a hard and fast rule, but it's a good guideline to follow; you can sometimes get away with less or may even need more (depends on stocking levels and porosity of the rock).

I would just buy another 9-10 lbs. of dry rock and add that in. It will become live in time plus will be way cheaper than buying live rock and avoids water weight being a factor; you also will not have to worry about introducing any unwanted algae or parasites plus you'll probably avoid triggering another cycle.

where can i buy this kind of rock?

Your LFS should have it or at least be able to get it; if not, then you might have to order it online from some place such as BRS. I know that PetSmart sometimes has small quantities of dry rock (at least the one by me does), so it could be worth checking there, too.

brought a curl anemone for 7 dollars pretty nice and claimed the live rock i put with it pictures up later (:

Remember that said species of anemone will kill and eat fishes as well as other anemones, sting everything within reach, and are not a suitable clownfish host. Just something to keep in mind.

then what anemone can i have??

I mean, it should be fine, but you'll just have to be careful about where you put it and where you place your corals. That link I posted said that they're typically fine in a reef setting since they tend to stay in one spot; I'd just let it settle in and then place any new corals accordingly.

Try to keep it towards the middle of the rock if possible in order to avoid it eating anything that it shouldn't eat; it should be fine as long as you're careful.

because i dont want to get clowns that are 16 dollars a piece and have them eaten if i want to see something get eaten i would give little fish to my jardini arowana lool

I wouldn't put clowns in the BioCube anyway, so that solves that problem; all the fishes and invertebrates that I suggested before should do just fine with the anemone since they don't take up residence on an anemone in the wild (to my knowledge).
