At this point, some reptiles in captivity probably could be considered domesticated; some of them have changed pretty radically from their wild counterparts in both appearance and behavior. For example, bearded dragons, green iguanas, and leopard geckos are considered to be domesticated due to their extensive farming/captive breeding that resulted in changes in behavior and appearance. However, that particular Burmese python is technically considered domesticated; it's just highly tolerant of people.
