The Stunners ~ RTM pair/New Tank

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Unfortunately have never seen them around here, one species ive always wanted to keep. Sounds good!
Amazing tank and pair, post some updated pics of them with fry when they're swimming!

Bummer on the availability, that sucks. Here is a video of them with the fry swimming from tonight. Sorry for the quality I am trying to learn what I'm doing.

Do the hooks get close at all or did they at first?

They look better and better with each update. Very nice indeed! I guess those Red Hooks don't dare bother the fry.

I don't feel bad for the fry, I feel bad for the red hooks. They don't bother them at all so far or with any other spawn they have had but the RTM are really good about keeping them away from the fry.

They get close only as in they get on that side of the tank but as soon as the male or female see them they get "huddled" back into their corner. I am double feeding the hooks right now so they don't get hungry just in case.

they look great! nice to finally see a video out of your fishroom

Thanks Forrest! I did a "whole" video of all of the tanks but it keeps crashing trying to load to YT. I'll try and shoot or shorter vid and see if that helps. I really want you guys to see my bonkers midas being himself..

Yeah vids can be a pain to dowload. Just got internet hooked up so much easier now but has been a hastle. I have a small samsung hd camera that was about 80$ to do mine and it works awesome and makes the process of downloading much easier.

I wish I knew what I was doing with my camera, this is one of the few shots I've taken that show this male in his true colors/barring. This shot makes his eye look cloudy which it's not. Such a stud I wish I could do him justice..
