They came in as "spotted bass". When I pressed the owner of the lfs on the ID, he quickly came back and said they were temensis. With all due respect to the shop owner, I wasn't so sure he actually went back to his supplier for an actual variant name. That's what started this thread. I was also interested in seeing how many different IDs would be provided.
Some of you guys get alittle too cocky at times, and like to through your two senses in and derail someone else's thread. It was an interesting thread throughout the growout. You might as well take this entire forum down, because alot of these postings are for people asking for help in IDing their pbass, and to be honest they get tons of responses and help from everyone, thats what this forum is here for. To try and make someone feel like an ass for their post, just isn't right. I'm not trying to start anything, but after 7 pages of responses you came in and pretty much derailed him and told him his question was foolish just because he asked a simple question with pics provided. And if they came in from the west coast, there was a slight possibility of them being something other than what they were sold as. My two sense !

Maybe the I was too subtle in originally stating that I was doubting the LFS in my original posts.
