Sorry I didn't read this whole thread and also I just saw his updated pics and yes those are tem's. Just thought we picked up the same batch of baby pbass's since we both from Canada cuz his 1st post said he picked up baby pbass's labelled "Spotted Pbass" and I picked up some here in Canada that were labelled the same and the owner of the LFS said they were Tem's but they weren't. Mine turned out to be Monos and I thought his could of been from the same supplier. Hope that made sense.

Very aggressive feeders. I hope the RTG allows them to hang around in his tank for awhile. He chewed up my occelaris bass when they hit the 14-15" mark.
The tank looks amazing! Please forgive the noob question but what are the geo's in with those tems?

So how big is the tem now? How long does it take to develop white spots on their foreheads? How often do you do water change? and pH?

Thanks, man! I do what I can in life.
The tems are well over 13" and getting to 14". The spots on their heads started coming in around the 4.5-5" mark, if I remember correctly. So about 5 months after I got them, I think?
When they were in the 125, I did 50% water changes weekly. In the 360, I used to do 50% weekly but it would take so long and my hot water tank always ran out of hot water before I could finish, so now I do about 33% weekly. Please note I only feed the bass 4 times a week, so they could have grown more quickly, but I'm trying to keep my water consumption down since I get charged for sewer usage and it's based on consumption.
I use straight tap water with Prime or Safe added prior to new water going in. Out of the tap, the ph is about 7.4 and it's moderately soft coming in at about 70ppm on the tds scale, so my tap water is really good for south americans and for asian aros. It has some buffer to it, but it's not hard.
