Hi, im decided on getting my teaching degree, just wanna get any advice or whatnot from yall who have done it already. Im 22 and through my officiating and working at Petco i realized my time, resources and passion would be best put to furthering the youth of the world in their path to success. The most prevelant reason for this idea is from officiating Pop Warner football, i just know that i can be the one to make the difference for them as many teachers were for me. I know the saying "there are those who do, and those who teach" but without those who teach, who will do anything?

Teaching is a great career, it's one of those few occupations where you really know you're making a difference in the world.

The tanks pictured are both at my school. The saltwater tank is in my classroom, it has two Clown Fish, one predictably named Nemo, the other one is Fellini. The Snapping Turtle is in the lobby. I got the tank for free from OSU's Vet School and got a permit from the ODFW for Snappy both due to working at a public school.
