Love seeing all of these teachers on here. I teach a middle school (6th-8th gr.) cognitively impaired basic classroom. I love my job. I was actually able to help coach 7th grade football this year too. It was great. We went 4-2.
The best thing is seeing that light go off when a kid understands something for the first time. And yeah the summer off is pretty good too.
I have two 55 gallon tanks set up at school. I have one with a small fem. con, lemon oscar (only 3 inches), salvini and an upside down asian catfish. the second tank has a chiller on it and next tuesday I will be going to a hatchery to pick up some eyed salmon eggs. Thanks Unknown Malone. I teach Grade 4, everything except science as we already have separate science classes but we have a wicked science room, will try get pics soon.

THanks...this is going to be a great experience for my students. In the spring we will be releasing the juvie chinooks into a local river.
