The things you find in the garbage

I just cleaned and set up a 20 long I got for free, it was in just as bad condition as the one you picked up. I found the easiest way to get it clean was fill it with a tiny amount of water and use a razor blade. The water was to dip the blade in as it rinsed it and seemed to help cut through the harder spots. It took me some time but I didn't have to use any chemicals or buy anything and it came out crystal clear.

Wow nice find!
The biggest (and only one) I've found was a 30 gal. with a stand, lighting and filters.

Looks just like my 75 mine was made w/o a center brace and there's no bowing with the thick glass but it's not a light tank to move around.

That's an old school tank.My 125 didn't have braces either and never bowed.I switched out the top frame for a newer one that did have bracing so the lids would fit better.

Yes I went and measured mine before turning in last night.....meant to do it sooner as the posts here had me thinking about it.Sure enough it is 18.I guess the 90 is the two footer?

I thought most 90s are also 18 w and 24 high
Lucky I never find free tanks :p. One time a Guy was departing a really old fish room like they were sitting for a long time and selling tanks for dirt cheap. 65g $30 100g $50 , 150g $90 and so on! My friends got the tanks but closet thing to me :p
