I would worry about the cat trying to eat the frilled dragon later, but the iguana should be fine as far as not getting eaten goes.
My one cat sometimes take down adult rabbits, so I wouldn't put it past your cat to attempt to catch the frilled dragon.

Your frilled is free roaming? Isn't it pretty small? I'd be wary of the cat eating it... I've watched kittens take down full grown male Agamids(I think the western chain lizard...).

I be worry also, the Cat once its curiosity is peeked it will just go into Predator mode and harm the Lizard, in my Experience unless the Reptile is vastly larger than the Cat, the Cat will eventually hurt it. Remember that in Australia feral Cats are one of the biggest Predators of Frilled Lizards.
Okay, the frilled dragon is not free roaming. I am just trying to get the kitten used to lizards while it is small so that it does not see them as toys or food when it is an adult. I do have a 3.5' iguana that is free roaming and if given the chance would rip poor JD apart. I am honestly more worried about Julio hurting Dorian than the other way around. Also, Julio seems to tolerate the cats at my parents place when I bring him there to be babysat and the cats there have never bothered him so I know it is possible.
