Typical baby TSN, except for the oddly placed eye, first time I see such a bad deformity in eye placement, probably in any fish.

TSN fare fine even without eyes but this deformity tells me this fish received pretty bad genes or was traumatized when an egg or developing fry. In either case, I'd not be surprised if it doesn't grow, neither rate nor size, as a TSN should... nor lives for decades as a TSN should. Hope to be wrong but just know that this is not a small possibility.

I figured. But we're pretty good with sickly and deformed fish. So we'll see how it goes. It's eating well, and is active. Only about 2.5 inches right now.
