The trouble with Festae...

I still can't visualize how the festae pulled it off, but baddfish knows his stuff so I don't doubt the validity of it.

i have had extremely aggressive festaes and some that were not so aggressive

it really depends on the fish, but in general the term "red terror" came from some where

i have had the most success keeping central and certain south americna cichlids in solo tanks

dat story seems to be the exception to the rule. IME, as well many others fr WW, is trimacs (& trimac based hybrids) usually dominate festae. I would dare say trimacs are the most capable, intolerant & aggressive fr the amphilophus genus.

I have to give more respect to festaes. . Trimacs arent exactly pushovers.

You do agree that they routinely dominate midas cichlids right?
