I read a post a while back and someone had actually talked with a rep or someone like that at ge and they said " not outright because they coulden't " that Ge1 is the exact same silicone they make for all glass. one line gets an all glass sticker one gets the other. I myself and MANY others have used it for years with zero problems....It is not a bad link. And yes it is about 3 dollars a tube.

this is common sense most manufacturing companies package their products in a couple of different packages for various companies whos prices vary. I worked at a brewery and the light beer was the same as the regular sometimes depending on the resources available at bottling time. Very common

I think he was calling it a bad link because of recently that forum has been randomly crashing for a few minutes at a time. I imagine it wouldn't go through for him. I had the same thing happen the first time I clicked it.

Thank you for making that clear about the link. Goes to show that if you do not agree with something, you need to state a reason why so it is made clear in the first place...
