na, not really. its just that the black makes it look "scary". if it were brown, itd be a whole different story. either way, chances are that if i use this gun to defend myself, i probably wont ever get it back from police. its a shame how that works

I ask because what if you have expensive guns, and some you've worked hard to acquire. I would hate to lose them!

well i dont have any first hand experience with this, but ive read lots of stories online where people never see these guns again, even if used legally. youll end up spend more in legal fees than the gun is worth just to try and get it back. my friend works in law enforcement and he said the same thing; odds are you wont get it back.

so, if you gonna use a gun for home defense, be sure to use the cheap/easily replaceable one!

DUDE!!!!!!!!! i know it sounds crazy, but i have seriously thought about that! thats why i keep a set of screwdrivers/allen screws right next to the gun so i can take off all my accessories

just pointing out, the spread is not large at 25 meters, so think 3.5-7.

your gun, your decision. In my opinion, I'd go with a laser.

That might be the case in Commiefornia or some of the other backword dictator states (Illinois, DC,) but in the free world it is your property and you get it back.... Laws vary.. always know your laws and your rights.

IMO even if the gun was worth $25 I would have no issue suing the state at the cost of 25,000 just to remind them of those constitutional rights they have no right to infringe upon.
