a quick look at a few restricted list from google doesn't show them as restricted, but I would advise to look deeper just to make sure.
I have no possible way to ship them to you though as these are highly active fish that is very risky to ship( with my shipping abilities at least...) , you are welcome to arrange a friend or shipping expert to pick it up local, so whatever happens once it leaves my house is not my responsibility.
