I think we should swap caimans, mines getting rather large lol. The attached pic has a 6-7" (shell) turtle under his head.

Cool, well some info for when she's bigger....those sharp plates on the back of the neck make a big trig very hard to restrain, as I discovered. Last time I had to move Lil' Steve I gashed my palm pretty good. I had to clamp down hard to hold him, despite them jabbing into my hand (better than getting bit though lol). So, in short, I recommend gloves. :D

She'll get more (metaphorical) balls as she grows. Steve will come right out of the cage after me if he thinks I'm feeding him now. He was really shy until he exceeded 24". He's somewhere between 3-3.5 feet now and probably weighs around 12 pounds.

She is aggressive atm but more skittish. Im not looking forward to when she stops become skittish. That is when things will become nasty. As long as she doesnt grow actual testicals then we will be fine. lol
