Hey man, i used to work in waterproofing, did a few basements. If the leak isn't bad, you may be able to seel it with hydraulic cement, although it will probaby just move because you have cinderblocks. The best way to fix them is to dig up the outside, apply mastic and membrane board. A pain, but most cost effective. Other options will cost more than 10,000 to do, possibly more. If you can post some picks of the leak, I might be able to point you in a good direction.
