Ok, men, thats a big amount of effort you putted in there so (for now...) Im gonna stop being a %&# and will start doing something constructive. First your plants are ok, but the kind you putted on the floor of the cage its not something I think will trive in there. You want big hardy rainforest species. Sheffhedera, Monstera deliciosa, Philodendrum, inglish Ivy Hedera, Aralia, Ficus (Ficus elastica is very hardy!), Sanseveria, green morph spider plant, Peperonia and Dracaena will fit very well. Google every name, they are all comon nursery plants and I gave you both structural and cover kinds, together they will make your habitat into complete tropical owesomeness. Also none are toxic so if your caiman eats a leaf with a rat he will be ok.
Also you will need a ligth timer and I HIGLY advice you to contact nursery growers and plant specialist to make shure you have the rigth type of ligth and in the correct amount. None of this plants are push overs but they need a minimum amount of ligth to trive and I dont know if your caiman would like all that brigthness. But hell yes its better then going plastic plants. With time species like monstera will give your caiman a great cover and you will be seeing some really interesting behaviors. Put as well some huge chunks of cork if you can find them, they are great hiding places specially for a species like this that will go allot to land.
Now that your on a waiting mood you can put that into work to make shure your critter will be confy, monitor all temperatures, clean your plants leafs with a towel soaked in warm water to remove possible quemicals, monitor the plants and plant more, etc
