Actually Dale didn't make it to Alexandria he died after the cannibals ate his legs.

......alright so who do you all think it was who was shot at the end of the episode?

A walking dead producer did come out and say that it was indeed Daryl but wouldn't say anything else.

When Rick and her hooked up, I was like...uh oh...she's a goner...Rick's women always die!

Only 1 actually died during the first meeting with Negan. The other deaths were at different times.
