Yes...I thought he was a douche at first but I'm starting to feel differently after this episode. Regarding your spoiler, I am not surprised.

His monologues from from his first two appearances can't be topped and now he just seems like he rambles on a little too much.
I think we can do without his drawn out diatribes in every episode he appears in.
