Does anyone know what the marks were in that book that the woman that saved Andrea found? The ones where it had names then penny was underlined then he started tallying something

Nope.Don't know what the marks meant nor do I know who Peggy is but I sure thought they were going to kill Michonne for snooping in the Governor's quarters.
