im probably the least picky person who's a regular on this thread. maybe you guys missed the uproars when you were collectively pissing and moaning about the governor and so called slow episodes. haha

i just think they could've done more with the season. if this weren't the end, i'd not be picking apart the eipisode

Oops, read this thread again. I only complained about 1 episode.

I liked the farm and prison. I do admit season 3 finale could have been better.

The first Daryl and Beth episode was the worst of the show(imo).

I agree about closing chapters. I was pissed the gov arc took up half of last season. this whole season should've started with everyone split, meeting up in terminus to all dine on beth burgers, find it's a trap by mid season, and fight, escape and make their way to DC by end of season

that said, I didn't think the finale itself sucked but I agree that the flow of the story and timeline is off. and I was ok with leaving us in the dark about beth, tyreese, carol and Judith

and I just wish the writers wouldn't leave such huge plot holes. I mean, I still wanna know what happened to the two other kids

You guys realize we spent have a damn season on traveling to the terminus, 2 episodes for 2 different groups to arrive and then I read today gareath won't be a major antagonist for season 5 and the story will wrap up quickly. Why not finish it and then break?

btw, I am disappointed in three things that had potential.

to me there was 3 huge story "reveals" that was built up and when it happened it was very lack luster

1. Tyreese finding out the who killed his lady
2. The reveal of Daryl's past
3. The reveal of what happened to Michonne's bf, friend and her son

if true then that right there is pretty damn lame imo too

only thing that makes me happy is that, if indeed that is true then the story is moving onto the next big thing

the intent of hershal flashbacks was to take us on a journey with rick's character

really? 4 seasons in?? we already know how rick has evolved. the flashbacks were redundant and a waste of air time, imo. they should've used that time to show us what's going on with beth

hershel flash back was flat out stupid. just ditch farmer rick and go bad ass and call it good. they'd have been better off showing flash back of big decisions that rick has made that involve killing

the writer also said the terminus members and joe's group are a actually the hunters plus possibly the cannibalis from the comic? Also that there'll be several locations for season 5, the fastest moving season as far as not settling in one central location

wait what? so joe's group was part of terminus? in the comics the cannibals were the hunters and hunted people. on the show, they never hinted joe's group was part of terminus. joe's group was just roamers

if there are several locations next season then we are getting close to catching up with the comics

Might just be me misinterpreting things as a non comic reader. It said they were a combination of the hunters from the comics but the cannabis were mentioned separately so I thought 2 diff groups from the comic. Joe and terminus were labeled together so I thought they were just implying elements of the comics were written into the diff groups (not that they were together)
