In the town that I live in CANADA there is a person with her own Bald Eagle that is a pet. I live about an hour and a half noth of Montana and I usually see a Bald Eagle at least once a week. More in Summer. But we can also keep Asian Arowanas here so..........

sorry to bring this thread back from the dead but i thought it would be worth posting that the fish is no longer there, i dont know if they got rid of it, moved it, or if it died. i just know that over the past few months the fish has been looking kind of sick. they just have some big comets in the tank now
 
aw the fish isnt there anymore.. i think its because the feds are looking into it.. hopefully not, the fish is probably just sick.. hope OP did not get owners in trouble.
 
Either they took it home or they sold it.I find it hard to believe that anyone who brings these fish into this country or anyone in this country who buys them are'nt aware that they are illegal to posess.

nope, i kept my mouth shut, i did get kicked out a few months back for taking pictures though
