Home Flood!

First off let me say the 24k survived. (It was a close one but they made it) there in the 150g a whole lot of fighting going on in this tank right now but they should be ok until there 90g is finished cycling. All this for the love of Cichla!

1.BAD news no more tanks on the 2nd floor of my home ever again. Total home restoration in progress AS I TYPE. Thank God for home owners insurance.

2.I will never walk away from a tank filling up ever again in my life! :cry::ROFL::banhim::irked:
 
Crap. Sorry to hear..atleast you didnt lose the fish. How bad is the damage?

Dang man that sucks. Hope all fixes. Yea did the tank overfill or did it collapse due to the weight? Glad the fish are good.

The tank didnt burst then? Then you still have the tank too...could be worse man. It sucks, major...the worst ones are the ones when you know its your own mistake. Lost my big Goonch last year over something stupid...those are the ones that you really kick yourslef in the ass over. Atleast you're insured.

Yes! The 90g. With the Ceras in it! Came back into the room and it was bad. The Ceras were sitting in ice cold water for 5 minutes or so before I even thought DAMN I need to get them out of there. Basicly my fault all the way around.

Exactly! Glad I didn't loose the tank or the fish but will be sleeping on the floor for a while.
